Third Time's a Charm?

This week I started 1 of 8 days I will sub in the same class!  When this opportunity came up I was excited, but not as excited to hear that there was a Kindergarten opening at a school I would love to be part of.

So sure enough I went in for my third interview at he same school I did my student teaching and where I have had previous interviews (2).
It has been less than 2 weeks from the time that I heard about the position, when it was posted, when I received an interview, and when I will find out the results.
CRAZY!  All of this seems so surreal.
How could this just "fall into" my lap?  I have been working so hard for 2 years to land a full time job in teaching, and this comes along.
3 words.
A GOD THING.
Although I have no idea what the results will be I have to remind myself that this is all in Gods hands, it is out of my control.
~Don't fret or worry. Instead of worrying, pray. Let petitions and worries into prayers, letting God know your concerns. Before you know it, a sense of God's wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It's wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.~Philippians 4:6-7

So beyond all that junk, I decided to celebrate just getting through the interview, so I made pizza.
MmmMmm!
Not only does it look great, but it tasted soo very good.
Oh...and can't forget to mention how a meal isn't complete without dessert.
That's right Chocolate Moose Tracks
Sinfully Delicious!

Passion 2010

Friday morning our exciting adventure began, as we headed off to Vancouver, BC for Passion!
After 3-4 hours of driving and making a stop for Chik-fil-a we made it!
See Chik-fil-a isn't a huge deal for us in the Northwest, but for those that have had it before and now live in the Northwest, they seem to go CRAZY for it.
Before heading into the conference we explored Vancouver! Loved the shops, buildings and overall atmosphere.  Wish we could have stayed longer.
YUMMY!!! Almost too cute to drink!

Passion is a conference held that gathers college &and university students across the nation/world to seek GOD.  Vancouver was Passions last stop.  Prior, they had been in Kyiv, London, Tokyo, Manila, Hong Kong, and Sao Paulo.

For worship we had:
Chris Tomlin
The David Crowder Band
Matt Redman

For our speaker we had Louie Giglio.
We had an AMAZING night!
